ArtsinStark, Stark County’s Arts Council, offers funding for arts and culture through two grant programs—ArtsImpact and ArtsBuild. These grant opportunities support nonprofit organizations and their partners: artists, schools, and businesses. 

ArtsImpact supports collaborative projects that deepen the impact of arts and culture on Stark County. On April 1, 2025 the ArtsImpact application will open, with a deadline of May 15. Grants of $2,500 - $7,500 will be awarded for projects taking place between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026. Reporting for FY25 (current) ArtsImpact grantees will open May 1, with a deadline of August 1. 

ArtsBuild provides general operating support for an invited group of not-for-profit cultural institutions serving residents and visitors in Stark County. ArtsBuild grantees will file a combination FY25 report and FY26 renewal in June 2025. ArtsBuild grantees will renew support for four additional years before being reviewed again by a peer panel.
